We will add paint to our mats by tossing, slapping, flicking and splattering or any other way you can imagine!

Creating color-works by selecting 3-5 colors that express ourselves, encourage us to practice and speak to our inner truth.

This is a fun, upbeat experience that requires only that you show up, loosen up and HAVE FUN!!!!

Dance, move, do yoga, we DON’T CARE and we WON’T JUDGE! you will be amazed at how cathartic this experience can be!
